The Malpensa Express train
It leaves from Terminal 1 (from T2 there is a free shuttle to T1). Two routes: to Cadorna (~37 min) and to Centrale via Porta Garibaldi (~52 min) — check the board. A single is €15; children aged 4–13 pay €7.50. There is no service overnight.
The bus
Terravision, Malpensa Shuttle and others run to the square beside Milano Centrale. From €10, taking 50–90 minutes depending on traffic. It is an option for late arrivals — some departures are timed to the last flights.
Taxi and transfer
The official taxi into the city is a flat ~€115 from the rank. A pre-booked private transfer is ≈ €100: your driver waits with a name sign in arrivals, tracks the flight, includes an hour of waiting, and is paid on the spot. For 2+ people with luggage it is usually cheaper and calmer than a taxi.

The essentials
The official flat fare is around €115 to the centre. A pre-booked transfer is about €100, with a pickup in arrivals and a fixed price.
No: the first train is around 5:00 and the last around half past midnight. Overnight you are left with the bus (not every service), a taxi or a transfer.
A free shuttle to T1 takes 5–7 minutes, and the train goes from there. Buses and transfers pick up at T2 directly.
